Blue Door Cottage is located in the charming village of Porthleven with its harbour, beach and a selection of good restaurants within just a couple of hundred metres.<\/p>\n

The cottage has a double and a twin bedroom, comfortably sleeping four guests with an option for a fifth guest. There is a full size single trundle bed available for the fifth guest if required. Outside there is a small garden and seating area next to our palm tree for outside dining.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Heading west on the coastal path you can explore South West Cornwall with its rugged coastline dotted with fine beaches and on to Mounts Bay and St Michael’s Mount. Head East and just a short walk to Loe Bar and the National Trust owned Penrose Estate then on to the Lizard Peninsula, the most Southerly Point in Britain, with its stunning views, coves and amazing wildlife – a must for all keen birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts.<\/p>\n

Within a short drive the historic and popular town of St Ives (20 minutes), Lands End (35 minutes) and the golden sand surfing beaches of Praa Sands (10 minutes), Sennen (35 minutes), Gwithian (20 minutes) with our favourite, the breath taking Kynance Cove (20 minutes).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
