Thank you for booking your holiday at The Blue Door. I hope you have a good journey down and that you enjoy your holiday here in Porthleven.<\/p>\n

I hope to have included everything to make your stay comfortable, but please let me know if there is anything I can assist with.<\/p>\n

ARRIVAL
\nYou are welcome to arrive at the cottage any time after 4pm.<\/p>\n

Please call me approximately an hour before your arrival so that I can meet you at the
\ncottage to give you the keys. However, should you be arriving late, or I am\u00a0unable to
\nmeet you, we have a combination key safe. This is located behind the\u00a0Palm Tree.\u00a0The combination code will be provided on request.<\/p>\n

PARKING
\nThe cottage is located at the top of The Gue.
\nThe gardens and driveway at the front of the property belong to my neighbour so can not be used at any time, other than pedestrian access on the paths to the cottage.
\nThe road outside the property has no parking, however adjoining roads have on-street parking.\u00a0 If required, you can stop briefly to unload baggage before finding a space in a road nearby. There is also the main Porthleven car park behind Porthleven supermarket next to the harbour.<\/p>\n

OUTSIDE
\nAs mentioned above, we do not own the garden or patio area at the front of the property – so please do not use this area at any time. However, we do own the strip of paved area directly adjoining the front of the cottage, it is a nice sunny spot to use our table and chairs.<\/p>\n

Due to the close proximity to our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum and respect their privacy.<\/p>\n

ABOUT THE COTTAGE
\nWe provide clean bedding, a bath towel and hand towel for each guest. Please bring your own beach towels. We also provide a hair dryer, an iron (in twin room wardrobe) and ironing board (in utility area). We have a washing machine at the property, however washing powder is not provided.<\/p>\n

Door at end of kitchen to an area for storing coats which leads to a small utility area with washer\/dryer. There is also another outside access door leading from this area.<\/p>\n

Upstairs – NOTE<\/strong>: the stairs are steep and should be taken with caution. Please use the handrails.<\/span>
\nStairs from the living area take you to the two bedrooms. The double bedroom with double bed, two bedside tables, alarm clock, built-in wardrobe and built-in dressing table with hair drier.\u00a0 The twin room with two single beds, one bedside table with drawers and large built-in wardrobe.<\/p>\n

FREE WIFI is available at the cottage.<\/p>\n

DEPARTURE
\nPlease vacate the cottage by 10am. Please post keys through the letterbox of door to right.<\/p>\n

GROCERIES
\nFor your essentials there is a very well stocked\u00a0Porthleven Supermarket here in the village next to the
\nharbour.<\/p>\n

The Corner Deli on Fore Street stock a good selection of cheses and charcuterie\u00a0<\/span>meats.<\/p>\n

A visiting Post Office is located in the main car park next to the supermarket.\u00a0 Please check for visiting times.<\/span><\/p>\n

Helston (2.5 miles away) has a greater selection with a large Tesco and Sainsbury’s<\/p>\n

The Helston Farmers Market at the Old Cattle Market in Helston (next to the boating lake)
\nis on the first Saturday of each month (9.30 to 1.30) and offers a fantastic selection of local
